What services do you provide?

Loving Home Care Services offers an extensive range of services. We offer: Personal Care, Home Support, Companionship, Nursing, Rehabilitation and Specialized Services such; Dementia Care, Alzheimer’s Care and Parkinson’s Care. In addition, we also provide a free, no obligation, in-home assessment. Our care coordinator will come and meet to discuss all possible care options with you and even if you choose not to use our services, we will discuss other alternative options for you.

Is Loving Home Care Services a Canadian company?

Yes. We are proudly Canadian operated and owned, with our headquarters located in West Vancouver, British Columbia.

Is your staff bonded and insured?

Yes. All of our staff are screened, insured and bonded health care professionals.

Do you do background checks on all your staff?

Yes. All our staff must go through a thorough criminal record check before being hired.

Will I have the same staff on an ongoing basis?

Yes. We feel by maintaining consistency between the staff and the client this is the best way to build and establish a trusting relationship.

What if I don't feel there is a match?

There is the rare occasion where clients request a change for any reason. Although we have an exceptional record for matching the right staff for you, we will work hard to find the right person based on your requests to ensure there is the right match, the first time. After all, we are all only just human.

Is there a minimum number of hours for service?

3 hours is the minimum. Under special requests, we can apply custom service options.

Is there a contract?

No. Our clients are not bound to any contract. We use service agreements which outline a care plan and your costs. Changes to your services can be made at any time because we understand that in life, things happen.

How does billing work?

We invoice once per month. GST is included in the invoice for services provided, unless you are eligible for government support. Payments are accepted by check or e-transfer only at this point. We will introduce VISA/MC in the near future.
