Liliana Purgal – President & CEO

Liliana has been President and CEO of Loving Home Care Services for over 20 years. Her passion for care has helped the company stay in business all these years and continues to be as active as the first day she started. To read more about her bio, visit Our Story.

Daniel Purgal – Chief Operating Officer

Daniel has worked close with C-level executives for most of his sales and marketing career. Operating as The Director of Sales and Marketing for The National Post, Telus Field Manager, and several other executive sales and marketing roles, Daniel gained first-hand the knowledge and experience in the daily operations of enterprise companies with a focus on client satisfaction and the delivery and quality of services.

Daniel graduated from Sentinel Secondary High School in 2003 and attended Capilano University shortly after in 2005 to study social sciences, psychology, and business introductory courses. Having a fond attraction towards entrepreneurial endeavors, Daniel left school to develop and launch many small-sized companies in online retail, fashion, web design and speed-dating within these years. Daniel then returned to further his education and in 2013, Daniel graduated with distinction from BCIT in Marketing Management while working full-time for Loving Home Care Services.

Daniel has been with Loving Home Care Services for seven years and is passionate about helping steer the senior home care industry into a bright, clear, sustainable and technologically adapt future. Daniel is an original founding member of Home Care BC, where he served as Vice President and headed the PR & Media Committee.

Olesya Kukash – Lead Manager

I moved to Vancouver, British Columbia in the end of 2011 from Vladivostok, Russia. An alumni of Capilano School of Business, specializing in Business Management, online marketing and social media marketing, I am very passionate about helping companies to tell their story and being able to find a company that is so passionate about what they do has been very rewarding for me.

As a Lead Manager for Loving Home Care Services I strive to achieve excellence and help the company grow every day.

Caroline Vincente – LPN North Shore

My name is Caroline Vicente and I am from the Philippines and was brought up in Manila but Canada is my home now. I graduated from the Philippines and became a midwife there. I emigrated to Canada, became a Licensed Practical Nurse. I have been an LPN Community supervisor since 2011. I love my job and I am grateful that I do what I do, not just for myself but for the benefit of those I serve and work with. I am friendly and outgoing with a strong work ethic and dedication to my clients and my job. I have made a successful career for myself and hope to continue it.

Carol Estabillo – Long Term Certified Care-Aide

I came from the United States as a licensed practitioner nurse and have been working for 10 years at the convalescent facility, also known as hospice care facility. I attended school at Allied Community College for nursing and finished my LVN degree. My family and I moved to Vancouver, British Columbia in 2008.

After one week of job searching, I found Loving Home Care Services of which was recommended to me by one of the senior acquaintances in church and according to her, the caregiver who looked after their husband came from the same company. The senior gave me the contact information for a Liliana Purgal, the companies President. On the same day, Liliana asked me to come over for an interview. The rest is a history full of many clients that I met and took care of as an employee of this company.

The company gave me the mindset to show my clients that it is not about the money that we do our services, it is about the love, responsibility, support, and willingness to listen to their stories, to give them self-worth, and to let them know that it is still a good life regardless of old age and maintain their dignity. Throughout my nine years of working with this company, I can without a doubt call them as my own family. Our company’s staff is trustworthy.

The cleanliness and hazard-proofing of the home environment is our main concern as well as taking care of their well-being. One of the many other things we are responsible for is the duty to take our clients out for activities such as walking, grocery shopping, and eating out, as well as vital things such as taking them to their medical appointments, pick up their prescriptions, and to monitor their medications.

We are also able to prepare meals for them that are suited for their needs; from diabetic diets to post-surgery meals. We are also in touch with the client’s immediate family, and work with the family to coordinate to work with their concerns and inquiries.
